recruiting times

What times are the top D-1 coaches looking for in high school females for the 800, 1500, and 3000?

In my opinion this will get you in the door.

2:12, 4:30, 10:00

That should do it. The one truly excellent female that I have had ran a 10:30 for 3200 meters (9:50) and she had everybody (but stanford) calling for her. However, the previous year she had run a 10:42 (10:01). That is when the colleges really started looking at her.

2:15, 4:40, 10:15 should get you some attention, but no ride.

What are your current times?
How long have been running?
Other than doing 45 per week, what is your training like?
