I just finished my first week of C25K (again!). My question is this-I was able to finish all three workouts-I was able to run through all of the running sets, but just barely. I struggled through the last two-I did it but it certainly wasn't easy. Am I ready to move to the next week or should I repeat week 1?
Why not try it? There are only six running intervals & you get 30 seconds more walking time between bouts of running. If you struggled, slow it down a bit - there's no minimum speed limit you have to do.
