I need some advice on the Alcatraz Swim. I just finished 70.3 Florida. No problems. I'm quessing The Rock will be a little tougher. Need tips on sighting, and what to expect. Thanks
I, too, am participating in the Alcatraz tri and would LOVE to read any advice on the swim as well! Actually, the whole race...anyone have some tidbits or stories to share?
