Re: Max HR test
Madxc -

Were you injured? Is that why you took a month and a half off?

Re: Max HR test
From a physiological point of view, after 5 days you can expect major drops in VO2 max - aerobic power. For every day you take off after that it normally takes three days to return the fitness lost - according to detraining studies. So, think about the amount of time you keep sliding back down the mountain after you worked so hard to climb it. Perhaps you have a lot more potential than you realized and with consistent training you will rise to much higher levels?
Best wishes, Tinman

Re: Max HR test
That 8:34 3k is more than a little bit out of line with the rest of your PRs and the workouts leading up to it. Any elaboration??
