Does anyone have any comprehensive books they recommend for sports nutrition?

My favorite site for chosing the best nutrition supplements is Purity Products. I posted a direct link on my site: http://www.warptrek.com/purity-nutrition

Re: Nutrition

This is pretty hard core... I wouldn't adopt it all the way. But many of the points brought up in this nutrition book make a dramatic improvement on post race recovery and rebuilding our body. I have adopted many of the principles in here and I haven't been sick or injured once this year (and I have four kids bringing germs home from school...). Last year... I constantly had running injuries... this year so far, nothing.
