After you log in, in the upper right hand section you'll see your name followed by "My Active" and "Log out". Click on "my active", and after it loads you'll see a row of tabs. Click on the one that says "email notifications". After that loads there will be a list of subjects that you have answered. Put a check mark in the box next to each one you don't want, then at the bottom of the list it says something like "...delete checked items". Then it tells you that you have no notifications coming.
EDIT: Just noticed a column on the right of the original post that is titled "Actions". If it says, "Stop email notifications", click on it. If it says, "Receive email notifications" you will continue to get the email notifications.

Okay -- Here's another strategy to try out:
1) Log in
2) Click on the folder-looking thing called "Your Stuff" (on the upper-left of your screen)
3) Click on "Preferences"
4) Check the "No" radio button next to "Always subscribe via email to threads I reply to:" and "Always subscribe via email to threads I create:"
You should get virtually no email after that. You will still be notified of private messages and such, but you won't get an e-mail every time someone posts to a thread in which you've participated.

Ok, It's a combination of the two. I had already clicked the radial buttons, but was still getting emails. I think if I combine the two, delete all in the "my active" section and click the radials, it will do the trick.

Just for everyones Info, Yup, it was a combo of the two. Turning off email in the menu, and unchecking all of the posts in my profile. When I did both, I get no emails.
