Training partner in NJ/PA Area

I'm looking for someone to train with me and to do the Jersey Girl Tri.  I have a water fear, and would like someone that can help me through this race.  I live in NJ but am only about 30min from the PA too.

    when is it?  have some lady triathletes in my office that may be interested




    goals for 2011:

    break 19minutes for 5k

    break 2:42 for olympic triathlon probably Anthracite olympic

    break 3:16 for marathon ( a long shot but it's fun putting yourself out there)

    Its sunday Aug 8th.  Its a short one 300yards, 9.5 bike, and 3 mile run.

    ok, I know his is a late response, I just joined active.com recently.  My wife entered the NJ Tri Gal triathlon & I joined her with the War on the Shore Tri in September.   My wife is also involved with a NJ Mom's running club, the running club enters a few 5k races & other events.  If you'd like to speak with her let me know & we can figure out the best way for you to connect.
