vemma-any thoughts?

i was approached with this vitamin supplement does anyone have a comment on this

 

was wondering if it is a scam or is it beneficial?

    although you don't mention a specific vitamin supplement, to make sure you are getting what the vitamin says it contains, make sure the vitamin has a USP label on it. these vitamins tend to be more expensive, but also more potent. there is no point on spending money on a supplement that is not potent!

    It looks like a fairly typical multi-vitamin with higher doses of some (vit. C, E, B6, B12), and a "proprietary blend" of some herbs and minerals.
