does food effect wat ur like on track

ive started to eat healthy and im feeling alot more energetic on track do you think i will improve more eating healthy than eating junk?

Aside from actually running, eating healthy is one of the best things you can do to help you run faster. Another would be enough sleep. So yes, eating healthy is extremely important.

What is eating healthy?

To a lot of people this means less calories. Or that they have a salad at lunch.

Don't forget, you body needs fuel

A SALAD IS NOT A MEAL!

If you are cutting fast food, soda, chips, junk food, and processed sugars

And

eating 3-5 solid meals with a good balance of carbs, protein, and fat (yes this is important too), then yes, you should definitely see some benefit. It may take a while though, so stick with it!!!
