Looks like no one knows what is wrong with my foot...if anyone knows..can someone tell me what part of the leg/foot this is? And if possible...the part that is sticking out...is that a Muscle or a Vein?   So this way when I call a Medical Profession...I can tell them which part is hurting.  Thank you for your time.
