What part of the foot is this?

Looks like no one knows what is wrong with my foot...if anyone knows..can someone tell me what part of the leg/foot this is? And if possible...the part that is sticking that a Muscle or a Vein?   So this way when I call a Medical Profession...I can tell them which part is hurting.  Thank you for your time.

I'm pretty sure (not positive) it's Extensor Hallucis Longus.  In the shin it's muscle.  In the ankle (transition from shin to foot) and foot it's tendon - so Extensor Hallucis Longus Tendon.
