As a beginner I have begun the 8 week training for a 5K. I walked yesterday and today was to walk 7 times for a minute with a 2 minute walk between each. I only attempted 5 run minutes with the walk time longer. Hills are a part of the route I do not want to change necessarily. Any suggestions?
Congratulations on signing up for your first 5k. IF you are new to running, I reccomend starting out with the Run/Walk Method, and graduating to a 5K training program.
