Has anyone else had the issues that I have had when contacting the Asics' Customer Service folks? I have sent them a couple of emails, no response, and have called ... and again, no response. I bought a few pairs of the GT 2150s and they needed to be replaced less than a month after I bought them (needless to say not cheap). And I wanted to find out about the 2160s before I went out and purchased a pair since I don't want the same experience. I sent the customer service folks a picture of the shoes and the description of the problem that I was having with the 2150s, and I did not even recieve a peep. So I sent a follow-up email, and again ... not a peep. At any rate, if this is the way their customer service is going to be, then I don't know if I want to even try the shoes. It's ashame becasue I really like the feel of those shoes on my feet ... Anyway, anyone else having the issues that I have had? Or am I the exception?
