Nowadays people misappropriate the meaning of diet by not taking the  relevant food intake in the process of losing weight or increasing  weight. A proper diet consists of a healthy food intake and not stopping  of taking foods.  A balance diet chart containing healthy nutritious  foods which includes both green and non-green items. This includes every  food intake right from the breakfast to dinner, the portion of which  should be small but must have nutritious value.

After  long hours of gap through the whole night, breakfast becomes an  important meal which should have high carbohydrate and low fat. An early  breakfast may contain a bowl of high-fiber Cereals like Shredded Wheat  can be boiled to make porridges and mixing some honey or sweet syrup  with it would be an ideal breakfast. People can go for Fruit Salad that  includes a mix of different kinds of fruits with honey. Other options  are boiled eggs which acts as a protein supplement since that carry a  lot of amino acids. People can also take milk in their routine diet  which helps to form strong bone, good immune system and prevent many  diseases.  Breakfast made of bread like pancakes can also be an ideal  recipe.
