I made changes last year with healthier eating habits and hiring a personal trainer. I love working out, and being healthier than the past.
My goal is to run a half marathon by Feb 2012. I enjoy fast walk and running about a mile or two, but would like to know if there is anyone in the area
that would like to walk/jog/run with me. I find it easier to get the miles in when there is a partner or group. I am new to running and would love to make
it a great part of my life.
