A lot of fun and well organized. A very refreshing diversion from many of the "yuppie runs" in the Seattle area. Great to hang out with people who share the simple pleasure of running outside, and to share simple orange slices and water after the race (no promotional energy drinks!).

Great event!  Like the no frills/low cost and getting muddy.  Looking forward to doing this again.  Thought the route was well marked, no guessing!

Great job, guys! THis was my first year, my friend and I did the 10 miles. So much fun, great course, and really great organizing! Thanks for everything!

Can't wait to do it all over again next year.

so much FUN.  a bit muddy, but in a good way.  a few light climbs, but for the most part easy, rolling hills.  very well-organized.  the neighbors were playing chariots of fire... a great race for those who run for the love of running. 

Just enough mud to make it interesting! Well supported race, trail was easy to follow (although some roots grabbed me during my last few laps), volunteers were great. Did not get tired of the trail even after 6 laps!
