Hello,

Welcome to the inaugural season of the  Tri-County Hoops A.A.U (Amateur Athletic Union) Organization.  We were  formally known as the Boyertown Summerhoops Organization;  however we went over  to A.A.U. status, so we switched our name. Last  year, we had a 12u and 15u team  which competed in local tournaments,  and are looking to branch out, and face  better competition to not only  make our teams better, but the players as  well.

Tryouts  for the A.A.U.  teams will be held in February with practices beginning  within the next two  weeks. The season will last until late June or  July.

We  could use your help to  get the word out that we exist and are  currently looking for both boys and girls  to participate in our A.A.U.  teams. Teams range in ages from 9u-16u. They   participate in A.A.U.  tournaments and local tournaments. Besides  players, we will also be  looking for coaches. All coaches must have their Act  151 and Act 34  clearances.

We  ask that if you are a  coach receiving this letter, that you please  hand out this letter to your  players. If you are an administrator,  please hand this to your coaches, so they  can give the information to  the players.
