We would like to invite your team to play in our Spring Stampede Sweethearts' Round Robin.  This will be a great opportunity to get your team warmed up for the upcoming 2011 season.  Enjoy your Saturday, because ALL GAMES will be played on Sunday, February 13th.

Teams will be grouped in 4s, 6s or 8s, with a Round Robin format.  The top two teams will then play in a Championship game and the remaining teams will play in a Consolation games.  We will try to minimize back-to-back games as much as possible and we will work to schedule teams traveling the furthest distances to have later start times.  The tournament will begin at 8AM with the Championship games scheduled to begin at 6:40PM.

Our softball fields and complex are well maintained and located very close to historic Old Town Spring.  Also, our concession stand is always well stocked and reasonably priced.  We are ready to serve your team and its fans, but coolers are also welcomed.

RULES:
ASA rules with Free Substitutions and Bat The Lineup
Coaches will flip for home team prior to game time in Round Robin games.  In the Championship and Consolation games, home team will be determined by the teams with the best finishes.
Provide your own ASA approved ball.

GAMES:
4 Games - 3 Round Robin plus 1 Championship OR Consolation Game (NO POOL GAMES)
70 min. games, finish the inning with progressive ITB in effect.

ENTRY:
$65 if prepaid by 2/4 (or $80 thereafter)
    + PAP ($30 ea.)
Deadline will be Monday, 2/7 by noon. We intend to provide all schedules no later than Tuesday, 2/8.
We will refund all money if an age group does not make or if the tournament is canceled.
