? for glasses wearers

Hi all - I wear my glasses when I run, I'm terribly near sighted and can't go without them, especially when running at night. Fog/Humidity is a regular occurance in New Orleans and my glasses get fogged up regularly. It's really hard to keep them clear while running and having something to wipe them off with so only seconds later they're fogged back up.
Does anyone have any tricks to prevent this?
I haven't, though I rarely have much of a problem. I have seen anti-fogging sprays advertised (google "anti-fogging") and I think swimmers have some tricks, but I've never tried them.

There are some sprays to use to prevent fog buildup--perhaps check with a local eye glass center or running/triatholon store in your local area to see if they have any suggestions.
I just wear my contacts when running; however, I know contacts don't work for everyone.

You could try Cat Crap-- I know, lovely name-- but it really works, at least in a northern clime where we get fogging due to cold and heavy breathing...It's produced by E.K Ekcessories-- and I think you can find it at most sporting goods stores...
I second the vote for Cat Crap. It really works, my husband uses it. Plus it has the added bonus of being funny when I tell him to get the cat crap off the counter.
