The season is over and I need a off-season workout for the entire week but i can't think of anything can anybody help me
O and i am a point guard
DRIBBLING! do at least a half hour of dribbling in ur workout. using 2 or 3 balls and practice between the legs, behind the back, every move possible. that is wut u should focus on most. Obviously u should still work on shooting a lot but dribbling should be ur #1 skill to work on
Try checking out this website: www.threepointacademy.com the guys there are really great, and they've helped me out so much throughout my career. The creator of the website is an former D1 player. I am there as well. There are a number of great workouts that you could try. Thanks!
Three Point Academy is great. Youtube also has a lot of stuff. here are a few good youtube accounts to subscribe to.

Hey man, first thing you have to do is commit. I am a point guard and am in the process of being recruited. Ball handling first- one ball, little dribbles. figure 8, behind the back. Use tennis balls if you have them and definately use two ball dribbling. Keep your head up and feel your finger tips with the ball. Shooting: one hand form shooting then off the dribble and finally 3s. Condition by running sprints. Lets Get it! Few more months till B ball season!
good luck
