    I should have known there'd be a thread for this! Just found you guys. Better late than never.

     

    Day 49 = 30 minute walk w/ Mr. Dawg. Also have physical therapy later today so this is technically a "rest" day, but I doubt Andrew the PT guy will let me rest!

    Friday ran 12 outside...feeling better...what a nice day to run!...very windy tho; lifted 30 min

    Today, ran 22 total...lifted weights one hour

    Painting Lady- way to go on the 5 miles!  And we can all help you count down your 15lbs...if you want  

    It always helps to have that additional support and I'm sure you can make alot of progress in 50 days!

     

    Sunday - I ran 12 miles indoor track today and lifted weights for approx 40 minutes

    Day 51 complete - ended up stretching for about 45 minutes.  I was supposed to do a 5K on Sunday, but we had such a bad ice storm that local authorities recommended cancelling it.  Race has been rescheduled.

     

    Day 52 complete - spent about an hour chopping and scooping about 2 inches of frozen ice/snow mix from the driveway and sidewalk this morning. This evening TRX class followed by an hour of strength training.
