I have been having what fills like a pulled muscle starting from my groin down the inside front part of my thigh. I did the half on Catalina over three weeks ago, took 3 full days off and then did two days of running (3Mi. and 5Mi.) with a day of rest between. On the next 5Mi run, right off the start I had this pain. Figuring I'd run it out. It lessened after 5 Min...... and that was my last run. I took one FULL week OFF no swim, bike or run. Pain is still here. I have done a few short bike rides (30-35Mi) and the pain is still there, tho it does not hurt to ride . Is it a groin pull or something else? Any input would be appreciated.
