Hey - some time ago I read a post from someone telling us about a website where you can find songs that have a beat to match your running cadence, and I really want to know what it is now....starting to realize just how much music can motivate you especially in those tough spells in workouts and really want more of that! Thanks! Kelly

Do you have an iTunes account? You can list BPM (beats per minute) as one of the info options in your iTunes library. Pick a song that really matches your pace and use that as the starting point as you sort the iTunes songs by BPM. That's what I did to create a playlist of music I love that has the right beat. Music is sometimes background and sometimes a great 8 mile pick me up!
I love http://www.motiontraxx.com/
If you're into techno/club type beats, try Podrunner. I love his mixes. Each is listed by BPM and usually over an hour long. It's certainly helped me with pacing.
I use Jog FM, it scans your library of music and plays whats right. It also has a fire button if you need something more!
