Hey I was wondering what i takes to get a basketball scholarship for a decent college. I would like to know heights for positions and stats coming out of highschool. THANKS
I would like to know the samething
ma too
You need to be good at the game. Height means nada. As does Weight. Early Boykins 5'5''. Spud Webb 5'7''. Mugsey Bogues 5'3''. If you know the game, and make players around better, and can lead a team... it don't matter if you are 5'0 130 lbs. If you have Love for this game, then the possibilities are endless. Work Hard for it. Earn your spot. Make it happen for yourself Man.
If you have the talent and can lead a team than you can do just about anything. Kinda like Spud Webb who won the slam dunk contest and was only 5'7.
I'm only 5'1 but if Mugsey Bogues was still playing he could kick my butt. I'm in sixth grade but my height doesn't stop me, I can still make a jump shot like anyother basketball player.
"I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed."-Michael Jordan
