A few months ago it was so easy -- in Admin, you can upload pics and full albums via a quick click on a link to Shutterfly. You choose the pics you want - press ok or done and boom, they were uploaded in a snap! What changed? How can I upload an album from Shutterfly now? For the life of me I can't figure it out! Help!
Hi,
Our partnership with Shutterfly has ended.
In the coming months we will be releasing a much more robust image feature which will include the ability to create slideshows and edit images. Visit http://www.active.com/images/eteamz/eteamz-albumz for full details.
In the meantime you can use the Uploads folder within your site admin to add images to your site.
For those of us in the middle of football season, it is rather bad to change this in the middle of our season without a reasonable option. It would be nice if you would provide Shutterfly as an option until your new product is ready. Not impressed.
What has worked for us is to set up a photo sharing site at www.4shared.com. Only the administrator has to log in; everyone else can just upload and download photos at will. And you can get a custom url. You can see how it works at www.fckll.org. Hope it helps. Good luck. Bob Farrace
It is quite disappointing that eteamz would let a widely used feature disappear without a working solution. Having my team photog send all the pics to me to upload to my computer that I in turn have to upload here is a time consuming and hog of storage resources.
I would think you would seek to upgrade the features rather than downgrade them. Saying an upgrade will be available "soon" is useless.
Epic fail.
