I am a 6'3 155 pound basketball player who is unsure what position do i play. I have played for multiple teams and played many positions, but now that i have gotten older i need to kow whats my position i am so i can work on my weaknesses in that postion, Another thing is i need to know around what weight should i be. Can anyone help me?
It depends on how old you are are you playing in highschool middleschool or an adult legue if your playing middle school or high school you'd probrobly be a power forward or center depending on the hieght of your teamates if your in an adult legue probrably a small forward but it still depends on the hieght of your teamates. If you want to be a center or foward you should probrobly gain some more wieght so you don't get pushed around by the other big players. If i were you i'd want to be about 200 to 210lbs.
If you plan to one day play college ball you will be either a 1 or 2. There are always exceptions and it is not uncommon to see pointguards 6'4 - 6'8. The best thing to do is work on your total game and be able to play every position. But at your size ballhandling, shooting and passing or most important.
