New Here and to running...well, sort of...Former High School and Collegiate Athlete you basically went to pot! I was a fierce athlete and got extremely LAZY.
I ballooned to well over 450 lbs and knew my life was spiraled out of control.
In August 2009 I started a quest...In February 2010 I had gastric bypass
Now its April 1st and Im down almost 200lbs...I have recharged my batteries and registered for the Steamtown Martathon in Scranton for October 2011.
Any words, training tips, gear suggestions are greatly appreciated!
