    Great to hear, Caroline!

Yesterday, I ran 6 miles, and today, I ran 3.1miles.  So, this week, I ran a total of 20.1 miles--  7.5 miles last Saturday and 3.5 miles on Wednesday--  so I am thrilled!  And, I feel great!

Registered the entire family for a 4-mile run from Saratoga, CA to Los Gatos, CA in mid-April.  That should be fun!

Hope everyone else had a great week, too!

Hanbana - Congrats on your first Half!  It is addicting!

Good luck on your half - PaulinWi!!

I took about 5 days off after the half now I am back up and running again.....only about 4 miles every other day but plan on 7-8 miles this weekend.  So ready for the next 1/2 in November!

great job, everyone!  that is so exciting to hear!

i did my usual monday morning yoga yesterday and ran six miles today.  i hope to do some speed work tomorrow and run again on thursday.  i'll be gone this weekend so won't have the chance to run on friday or saturday.  my mileage this week will definitely not be like last week's mileage.  however, i hope to get in 8 miles on sunday so that i can start the week with a good long run.

    have a great week!

    Hey Virginia,

Your last two weeks sound great. I hope to do two more five milers this week with a hot yoga on Thursday. I am going to try that once a week if I can get in to town.

I am really starting to believe I can do it again.
