Lightweight rain jacket recommendations?

Hi Everybody,

First time poster here.  I'm looking for a lightweight, waterproof jacket that I can wear on hot, rainy days for a long run.  Ideally it would have some reflective elements so I could go for night runs.  Does anyone have any recommendations?
