First of all im new to the forum so hello everyone.
On friday I just finished my 1st half marathon in Tel-aviv marathon.
It was a great event! I trained for the past two monthes using cool-running's free begginer training plan from here:
The race was very hard for me due to a back pain that started 10 minutes(!) before the race
I managed to finish the race in 2:7:24, with a tremendous effort and pain.
I'll take care of my back and recover but now I really want to try train for another half and finish below 2hrs.
so what do i do now?
start the beginner plan all over again?
start the intermidiate?
when can I run my next rece?

Start with a intermidiate plan, and train for say 6 months more to try for your PR. You must add core and lower back work or you will continue to have back problems! Good luck
