Ok well im 14 and going into my 8th grade year of middle school..I need to know some good Conditioning and weightlifting drills to do that can be done by myself and WITHOUT ANY EQUIPMENT BESIDES PULLUP bar.. And that is not to much for my age. I still have 6 more months till tryouts though but allways good to start early. Please help
