I need to share this with all of you. After many issues with my knees, sweaty feet and Achilles I finally was able to complete another 1/2 marathon with no issues at all. I have not been able to run this distance comfortably in exactly 2 years!!! I'm totally ecstatic and feel that I have broken through these annoying aches and pains. I have been given a lot of great information about supplements and different types of stretching which I feel will bring me to new heights with running. I'm so excited about what the future is holding for me. Next up...Philly Rock n' Roll Half Marathon in September! Woo Hoo!!!

I discovered glucosamine/chondroitin supplements a few months ago and I also feel like I have been given a new lease on my running life. The results have been nearly miraculous and I am beyond thrilled to be able to run without pain again. So I share your joy!
