heey i am 13 years old and 5'6.5. what i do is i do 300 calf raises a day. 200 with both legs and then 50 and 50 with one leg . another thing that i do is put 10 pounds on each leg and then i sit down and raise them 100 times each leg i have to do this cause i have osgood schlatter disease so that helps me jump higher and cure my disease.. im close to dunking it ill touch the net and i need 3 more inches or more to touch the rim. if i am barely touching the net in one year ill be dunking it if i keep doing this. exercises
Dunking is not important. I know people who are good high school players at 6'3" who can not dunk. Learn how to position yourself and you will get much futher than being able to dunk.
What I do is.I lay flat on the ground on my back, with my two leg lifted up to 90 degree and then i lay each leg separately to the ground and bring it back to 90 degrees. wish you ahead!!!
