Hi jcruz, welcome! This is a great place to find motivation, encouragement, and advice. I am ready to begin W8, and I have NEVER been a runner. This is an amazing program that builds slowly enough to avoid injury. Take it one run at a time, and you will be great! Good luck on your adventure!!!

Welcome Jose. Wish you much luck in your quest to find the inner runner in you. There is one in everybody and the most important thing to do is to allow it to come out. You have the willingness to do it, so you have step one done. Don't push it too hard especially in the begining. You may be able to follow the program as laid out but some may take longer or have to repeat days. Don't feel bad if this happens to you. Just come in here and post your status or if you have any other questions. Good luck.
