i really dont know what position to play and i defenitly dont want to be center. i am one the second tallest in my team and i want to be shooting guard will that be good or what position do you recomend me i have great shooting and great layups........and i am trying to get more strength on my legs so i can dunk it i can touch the net on the hoop but not the hoop(i cant make much excersises cause i have osgood shlatter disease) which is killing mee! what excersises can i make to get stronger muscle but dont worsen my osgood? please help
try doing calf exercises, that will strengthen your legs and improve your jump
