Today or I guess now yesterday, I created a new workout for myself. I had 2 basketball sessions and 1 workout session. My workout was pretty much the same as normal but more and in my basketball practice I did 10 reverse and regular layups. Also shot 10 f.t.'s and 3's and many other things. Session 1 is a shooting session and session 2 is a ball handling session. The drill of the day is plus 1 minus 2. If you don't know how to play all you have to do is if you make it, you get one point, if you miss you lose 2. Ray Allen uses it. If you're just starting it, I recommend you go to 5. Also, if you get to -5, then you're out. Or -10 depending on what number you had to get to. That's all I've got for today.
