I have been a vegetarian for 5 years now, and I just currently completed my first sprint triathlon. I am 19 years old, and I ran cross country all 4 years in high school so I've always enjoyed running. I am going to run in the ING 2011 Miami Marathon in January as well. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how many calories a women that is 115 pounds and training for a marathon ( and I also plan on doing a duathlon and another tri in September) should intake daily. And maybe some sample meals that are good for vegetarian runners??
