The whole being able to have a conversation while running is hilarious to me (because I cannot do it), but apparently even never smokers have issues with breathing and talking. This got me thinking about not how often I breathed or whether I used my mouth or my nose, but about how much oxygen my lungs were even able to intake aka my lung capacity.
I've done some quick net research (I'm quick like ninja) and found a short how-to article at Livestrong.com. I'm gonna try these I think, and thought I'd pass it along.
