About Me: I'm a Chi Running, Trail Running, and Marathon Coach based out of Los Angeles. I've been teaching ChiRunning for over three years now helping over a thousand people learn to run better through improved running form. I help others accomplish their athletic goals by making running and walking easier, softer, and more enjoyable. I like to compete in an occasional trail race but most of the time I'm out on a leisurely trail run watching the ocean, listening to birds, and chatting with friends.
