So I start the new year with a new job with Active.com. Its great! The people are almost creepy nice. I mean EVERYONE is nice. Like some strange coolaid is given at the door.

For me though it opens up an opportunity to find people I work with to jump into a healthier lifestyle and really start getting into shape.

Next week I plan to use the gym and work out three days, I am pretty sure after reading many of the start up information here, I will start with walking.

There is a tennis ladder I hope to get involved with.
