About Me:
What I am about is making training for the marathon a lifestyle. Contemporary medical advice recommends 60 - 90 minutes a day of vigorous exercise. This is consistent with training for the marathon at the amateur level. Otherwise, I am a husband, a father of a successful lady engineer, a practicing engineer, and a graduate student in the Johns Hopkins School of Engineering. I view each role as a component of a well-rounded life.
