Toady I registered for my first triathlon - sprint - in August. I have been swimming a mile confidently for several months. I finlly worked up to running 5K but it is still hard. Weather has been a factor for cycling. I have been out twice in the past week but had to cart my almost 4year old in a bike seat. Has anyone else had to train with a child along for the ride? Is this a good or bad thing? It is certainly slowing me down but hopefully building muscle and stamina. Any advice would be appreciated.
