I am new to the big city of St Paul. The city if blooming with opportunity and I am loving it. I enjoy the outdoors, walking, exploring, running and soon biking. I have the want but the motivation is majorly lacking.Ya see… I work night shift, 1830-0630 and I am sending the question out to my fellow night shifters, should I work out before work or when I get done?What has worked for you?Honestly my hours are all over the place, so sleep is difficult and sporadic.We all know that sleep sounds more enticing than working out but I am will to fight the pillow for better health (if that makes any sense) and a routine I can stick to.This could be considered an excuse for not putting on my running shoes but night shift is sucking the life right out of me.Any thoughts??
