I am new to the big city of St Paul. The city if blooming with opportunity and I am loving it. I enjoy the outdoors, walking, exploring, running and soon biking. I have the want but the motivation is majorly lacking. Ya see… I work night shift, 1830-0630 and I am sending the question out to my fellow night shifters, should I work out before work or when I get done? What has worked for you? Honestly my hours are all over the place, so sleep is difficult and sporadic. We all know that sleep sounds more enticing than working out but I am will to fight the pillow for better health (if that makes any sense) and a routine I can stick to. This could be considered an excuse for not putting on my running shoes but night shift is sucking the life right out of me. Any thoughts??
