It's been quite a while since I have posted anything on here. It has been an interesting few weeks. My performance on the bike has been improving quite well. I have been doing a few back-to-back spin classes on the weekends which is really helping my power output. The run portion is getting better but not as quickly as I would have hoped for. The Brooks shoes have been the ticket to my recovery though of the leg pain I was having.
The only portion I haven't been focusing on has been swiming. I'm finally following a regimented training schedule that I picked up in the latest issue of Triathlete magazine.
Now I just need to pony up and pay for registration for the Mt. Gretna Tri!
