Two days ago I got back on the treadmill. Ran 2.4 in 31 minutes (yes, I am dreadfully slow). It was a night run, well after 9pm. This morning I ran first thing (even before coffee!) - around 7am. Did a little better on time: 2.55 in 31 minutes. Getting back to good. Slow but sure, getting there. Songs to move to:
I never called myself a runner before 2006. Thanks to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society I ran a half marathon. Because of injury and self-doubt I haven't really run in a long time. This blog celebrates the return to the run as only I know it.
