3rd work out OH NOOOO!

I broke my kind of diet not that I had one in the first place.  I was laying in bed when all of a sudden I my mouth started watering profusely for POPTARTS! yes and not just the plain ones...the ones with icing on top. AND THEN i had PIZZA SMOTHERED IN RANCH! Goodness. Oh and this morning for breakfast I had a buffalo wrap. I might as well just go to taco bell if I'm going to do this stuff. I've never had a mouth watering craving before.  Oh and the weird thing was after my workout yesterday I looked 10 times fatter than when I started.  I looked it up and it says something like muscles softening..looking like fat? I don't remember at the moment but its gone down now. I look ten times better already!  Today I felt like I was sick. I should have taken my temp but instead I sneezed and felt yucky and just wanted to sleep.  Even though I was sick I decided to go to the gym just for a little while.  My Workout: My goal was to go for 2 hours (before I got sick) but I just went for about an hour?  I tried to run on the treadmill but I couldnt even run for a minute so I got on the bike and slowly peddled for 50 minutes. I then did some leg exercises with the leg machines (I really should learn the name of them for you). Then I got on one of those big rubber balls put a medician ball in my hands, extended my arms out infront of me and I laid down on the ball (with my legs off of it making a bridge +with my feet on the ground) and I did sit ups.  Oh and I did a one minute plank.





My food goodness I don't even want to put it down so I'm not...oh wait its up above.  Although for dinner I had tomato soup again with an avocado sandwich.  I also took a ton of vitamin C and one of those "one a day women" pills. Hope I'm not sick tomorrow.

2nd work out

OK sooo day two! Yay!  Eating and Drinking:This morning for breakfast I had tomato soup, a corn dog and two cups of green tea...yes I know thats a lunch meal but I'm strange like that. For Lunch I had a big yummy spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, croutons, banana peppers, some Parisian cheese, pepper and sprouts.  Tonight I will eat a bagel sandwich.  Overall I have had 8 cups of water (including the green tea). One glass is usually around 9 ounces.  What I do is I put my water or green tea in one of those new camelbak water bottles.  They keep heat in well and have ounces on the side (8,16,24).  I know you are supposed to eat 5 times a day in little proportions but lets just say I'm doing better than before (I only ate once a day and a TON of food when I did).




So I went to the gym today during normal hours instead of at 12am. I was kind of embarrassed because my legs weren't shaved and I was sweating soo much. Not that you need to know that.  I love going at night because there is no one there and no one judges you as much. I didnt work out for long but here is My Workout: So I did 200 fast sit ups today, I did intervals of 3 minutes running and 3 minutes walking for 20 minutes on the treadmill and then I got on the "Life Cycle" bike for 20 minutes at level 9 on the hills setting.  I'm planning on doing some more sit ups before I go to bed.




Now I know I haven't run outside yet and I'm planning to as soon as possible but for now it's just the gym and me.

Hey so Im going to put down my unhealthy diet (how much I drink & eat), what I do for exercise that day and then a few tidbits about me   Im trying to shed around 20 pounds so if you are a little heavy follow me or give me some advise on what worked for you. Plus there will be an inspirational quote for each blog (besides this one).  Hope this helps!

First work out

So today I went to the gym I ran in intervals. I ran for 3 minutes walked for 2 and kept doing that for 15 minutes. Then I did some crunches, used some leg machines and then road a bike for 35 minutes the last 5 minutes i kept my speed above 70. I know it's not much but it's a lot better than sleeping all day.  Oh yeah my starting weight is 145. Sooo we will see how much I loose over the course of this month. OOOOOOh and I signed up for a 5K race in May!!!  I have drank 4 cup of green tea today and only one glass of water so I definetly need to work on drinking more water. Infact Im going to go do that right now.

I've always thought that life hasn't been fair BUT to tell you the truth I have not been fair to life. I stopped exercising at the age 15 and am now 21. Soo Ive decided to finally set my first goal! Im going to run a half marathon!
