OK sooo day two! Yay! Eating and Drinking:This morning for breakfast I had tomato soup, a corn dog and two cups of green tea...yes I know thats a lunch meal but I'm strange like that. For Lunch I had a big yummy spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, croutons, banana peppers, some Parisian cheese, pepper and sprouts. Tonight I will eat a bagel sandwich. Overall I have had 8 cups of water (including the green tea). One glass is usually around 9 ounces. What I do is I put my water or green tea in one of those new camelbak water bottles. They keep heat in well and have ounces on the side (8,16,24). I know you are supposed to eat 5 times a day in little proportions but lets just say I'm doing better than before (I only ate once a day and a TON of food when I did).
So I went to the gym today during normal hours instead of at 12am. I was kind of embarrassed because my legs weren't shaved and I was sweating soo much. Not that you need to know that. I love going at night because there is no one there and no one judges you as much. I didnt work out for long but here is My Workout: So I did 200 fast sit ups today, I did intervals of 3 minutes running and 3 minutes walking for 20 minutes on the treadmill and then I got on the "Life Cycle" bike for 20 minutes at level 9 on the hills setting. I'm planning on doing some more sit ups before I go to bed.
Now I know I haven't run outside yet and I'm planning to as soon as possible but for now it's just the gym and me.
Oh oh and I have a 5k race in about a month!
