So today I went to the gym I ran in intervals. I ran for 3 minutes walked for 2 and kept doing that for 15 minutes. Then I did some crunches, used some leg machines and then road a bike for 35 minutes the last 5 minutes i kept my speed above 70. I know it's not much but it's a lot better than sleeping all day.  Oh yeah my starting weight is 145. Sooo we will see how much I loose over the course of this month. OOOOOOh and I signed up for a 5K race in May!!!  I have drank 4 cup of green tea today and only one glass of water so I definetly need to work on drinking more water. Infact Im going to go do that right now.

PS Im way to excited/hyped up to sleep. I need to switch around my sleeping schedual.

I've always thought that life hasn't been fair BUT to tell you the truth I have not been fair to life. I stopped exercising at the age 15 and am now 21. Soo Ive decided to finally set my first goal! Im going to run a half marathon!
