I've been running and usually train on my own an can't find a pace to work with. When I run 3 miles I usually run a 8 min. mile. But I tend to find myself going at a quicker pace during race time. What should I do to better myself while training. My best 5K time is about 18:34 and would like to hit a better time. What should I do to decrease my time.
